On-Site Event Merchandise
Middle Rock Designs supports local sports and recreation groups by providing a risk-free merchandise solution.
Artwork
Middle Rock Designs works with you to provide a unique design specific to your event. We love to get creative while keeping up with the current trends.
- Middle Rock Designs will provide at least one logo design for the client’s review
- Middle Rock Designs retains the right to the design for purpose of product sales
- The client may use the final logo design for marketing purposes
If your event has an existing design, we are happy to evaluate the artwork.
In some cases, edits and associated design fees may be necessary.
Fundraising
The client will receive a percentage of sales once the event is complete. The percentage is determined based on online and on-site sales.
What we provide
Middle Rock Designs will provide the following items with NO upfront cost required by the client:
- Blank apparel
- Design transfers – Including the logo and other designs appropriate for the event
- Point of sales equipment, accounts, and any necessary items to ensure various payment methods are available
- Labor necessary for the operations of sales
- Customizable heat transfer vinyl in multiple colors (for names, numbers...etc)*
*available for smaller events
What you provide
The client is responsible for providing:
- Indoor space adequate for the presentation, customization, and sales of the event items (we like to visit the space first and work with you to find the best space in your venue)
- Adequate power source 1-3 120 volt/15 amp heat press machines as well as nominal power necessary to operate periphery items (laptop, vinyl cutter, cell phone charger)
Outdoors or "off-grid" events are an option as well.
